Shipping & Returns

Shipping within Israel

All orders are shipped via registered mail within 5–7 business days of order confirmation. Orders of ₪200 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders below ₪200 are charged a flat delivery fee of ₪30.

International Shipping

At the moment, we ship within Israel only. We are not able to fulfill international orders at this time. If you are located outside Israel and are interested in a piece, please contact us — we may be able to make arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Packaging

Prints are shipped rolled inside a protective cardboard tube. Large prints (above A2) may be shipped in a reinforced roll. Original artworks are carefully packaged and insured for their full value.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrived damaged, please photograph the damage within 48 hours of receipt and email us with the photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage within 48 hours of receipt and contact us with the photos and your order number. We will review each case individually and work with you to make it right.

Customs & Import Taxes

Prices shown at checkout are exclusive of any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes that may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.
